In an office where working in at least one department is mandatory ,78% of the employees are in operations , 69 % in finance and 87% in HR.what are the maximum and minimum percentage of employees that could have been working in all the three departments ?

Let the initial average weight be x kg.So, the change in the total of weight = 5 * 10 = 50 = 10x - (10x - 100 + y) = 100 - yย ->ย y = 50kg (weight of the added person)Now, y is replaced by 40 kg.So, overall change in average = {10x - (10x - 100 + 40)}/10 = {100 - 40}/10 = 6 kg.
