unable to understand Nirvan and Kevin together can complete a job in 16 days. Both Kevin and Mihir, working alone can finish the same job in 12 days, Nirvan and Kevin commence work on the job, and work for 4 days, where upon Nirvan leaves, Kevin continues for 2 more days, and then he leaves too, Mihir now starts working, and finishes the job.
