How can I calculate the number of times an angle appears in a clock for a particular time frame or in a day? It's not very clear to me for different cases. what is the correct formula or method? And also the number of times minute hand and the hour hand overlap/ coincide.

For ex: how many times does 45 or 30 degrees occur in a day. please give two cases where answers are different for my better understanding. Thank you so much! truly grateful
