    The question means that:(100a + 10b + c - 100c - 10b - a) / (100c + 10b + a) > 2/5->  100a + 10b + c > 7/5 * (100c + 10b + a)If we consider both the statements to be correct, we will have to take b = c = 2So, 100a + 22 > 7/5 * (220 + a)->   493a / 5 > 286->   a > 286 * 5 / 493 ->   a > 2.9So, a must be at least 3, which means a = 1, 2 doesn't satisfy the given conditionThus, the answer is option D.
