Can anyone explain how a GNEM with no workex with similar academics like mine can get a call from IIM Shillong at 93.74%ile but I with 24 months of WorkEx GNEM could not at 99.77%ile?

IIM Shillong is one of the most unpredictable IIM, My friend.
A GNEM at 99.97with 30 months did not get a call but a GNEF fresher at 92%ile did.
just how these institutions work. Don't take it to heart, you have Banglore. Else give GMAT!
