Q. How many 3 digit numbers can be formed using 1-9?Is the answer 9C3 or 9*8*7 ?I am confused where these 2 different methods are applied? when I consider the latter then I am already taking into account "no repetition" and it is taking in all combinations as well. then what solution difference is coming from 9c3?

im unable to understand PNC Q.
