logic behind it

Jackie made two round trips between two points M & N in a water body. In the first, Jackie rows a streamer with the flow of the stream and he takes 40 seconds. However to go back to the same place against the stream he takes 120 seconds. In the second trip, he took a boat which took 50 seconds to row with the stream and 300 seconds to row against the stream.  What will be the difference in time taken (in seconds) by Jakie to row the same distance in still water when travelling with streamer and boat? (Write your answer correct up to 2 decimal places)
