you misunderstood my question, i said I've uploaded [I've already filled my CAT form and paid the fee also] how can i fix this or do i have any options for further that after exam i can give them Central Government NC OBC Certificate or do i have to fill another form

NC- OBC Caste Certificate I've uploaded NC-OBC Caste Certificate [in CAT]. I got to know that I have to upload Central Government Caste Certificate otherwise I'll not get any reservation. Please tell me is it true and if yes, then what should I do now?
