Answer should be A not C because you have to divide 28/5445 by 2 because order wise you have to pick red balls first then green balls.

    Since in each of the two trials of drawing 3 balls every time is independent of each other, as the 3 drawn balls in the first trial is replaced before the 2nd draw of the 3 balls is made. Therefore it won't be divided by 2

    But here it is specified that 3 red balls are drawn in the first trial and 3 greens balls on the second trial. 28/5445 also encompasses the probability when 3 green balls are drawn in the first trial and 3 red balls are drawn in the second trial. 28/5445 is not ensuring the order of drawing red and green balls that's why we should divide it by 2 factorial.

    Since these both are independent events and don't affect the outcome of other events (Since replacement is done here). That's why there is no need to divide the result by 2 here
