why we take 1/8 here and we have taken 24 c 17 as 1 is used out of 25 possibilities right?

Let us consider the probability of the key number 'i' being the master key of the safe = P(i).Now,ย P(1) = 1/25ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย (since only one key is the key of the safeP(2) = 24 / 25 * 1 / 24 = 1/25ย ย ย ย (since the 1st key was not the master key and the 2nd key was)P(3) = 24 / 25 * 23 / 24 * 1 / 23 = 1/25So, P(i) = 1/25 = 0.04 for i = 1 to 25Thus, 0.04 is the correct answer.
