Conclusion i is conclusive as there is a new charge sheet filed which implies that their old charge sheet may have been filed. Conclusion ii is not implicit as it is Gokulnath Shetty who has been sued not Mehul Choksi and Nirav Modi. Conclusion iii is also not implicit as it is the wife of Gokulnath Shetty who has been arrested.
