unable to understand the solution image.png 179.33 KBIn the question it is given that higher the revenue, lower the rank and similarly for profits as well. So from this what I understand is most profitable or highest revenue should have the lowest rank i.e., 5th rank. While in the solution it is solving opposite to what's given in the question and taking the assumption of higher profit higher rank.

unable to understand the solution doubt1.png 55.33 KBhere the maximum value of the expression must be found. i used AM>=GM. Found min val of (16x+9/x) as 24. in the last step, shouldn't the denominator be 24+20 and not 9. please tell me if i am going wrong and where.
