A hollow sphere of radius ‘r’ is completely filled with water. Water is transferred from this sphere to a cone of base radius ‘r’. It was observed that the cone could contain only 60% of the total volume of water when it is completely filled. What is the ratio of the total surface area of the cone to the total surface area of the sphere
