First, thank you so much for adjusting the pace for newbies like me. Sir, i am could not understand why option 4 of the last question of PC was eliminated. I was confused between 3 and 4 but why was 3 more right? In my opinion the Americans part which was brought in the last line can only be inferenced if there was a mention before, so adding it in the place of 4 instead of 3 seemed more appropriate to me.
